- 1 lb thinly sliced steak
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat oil in skillet and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (6-8 mins). Set aside.
Season steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Quickly sear steak in the same skillet (30-60 secs per side).
Lay out steak slices, top with veggies, and roll up.
Place in a baking dish and top each with provolone.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let rest briefly, then serve warm.
