Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat oil in skillet and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (6-8 mins). Set aside.
  • Season steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Quickly sear steak in the same skillet (30-60 secs per side).
  • Lay out steak slices, top with veggies, and roll up.
  • Place in a baking dish and top each with provolone.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let rest briefly, then serve warm.
