- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 keto buns chaffles, or lettuce wraps
Slice steak thinly against the grain.
Sauté onions and peppers in oil until soft; set aside.
Sear steak in batches in the same skillet. Season well.
Return veggies to pan, add cheese on top, cover to melt.
Spoon into buns, chaffles, or wraps. Serve hot.
