Ingredients
  

  • Ground Chicken: 1 lb
  • Shredded Cheese: 1 cup
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Almond Flour: 1/4 cup
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Onion Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Oregano: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt & Pepper: to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grate the cheese and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the ground chicken, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  • Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
  • Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
