- Ground Chicken: 1 lb
- Shredded Cheese: 1 cup
- Egg: 1 large
- Almond Flour: 1/4 cup
- Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
- Onion Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Dried Oregano: 1/2 tsp
- Salt & Pepper: to taste
Grate the cheese and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Add the ground chicken, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
