- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated cheddar cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, egg, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until dough forms.
If the dough is too sticky, add more almond flour until it's easy to handle.
Roll small portions of dough into logs, or roll it out to about 1/8-inch thickness and cut into Cheeto-shaped pieces using a pizza cutter or knife.
Arrange the pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between them.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Let the Cheetos cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
