- Chicken Breasts 2 lbs
- Cherry Tomatoes 1 cup
- Fresh Mozzarella 2 cups
- Basil Leaves 1/4 cup
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic 3 cloves, minced
- Salt and Pepper
- Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
