Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking dish with parchment.
  • Butterfly and pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thick.
  • Layer ham and cheese on each, then roll tightly.
  • Secure with toothpicks.
