- Chicken livers – 250g
- Butter – 125g
- Bacon – 4 slices
- Yellow onion – 1 large
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Fresh herbs – 1 tbsp
- Orange zest – 1 tbsp
- White pepper – ½ tsp
Clean and trim chicken livers.
Cook bacon until crispy; set aside.
Sauté onions, garlic, and herbs in the same pan.
