Ingredients
  

  • Chicken livers – 250g
  • Butter – 125g
  • Bacon – 4 slices
  • Yellow onion – 1 large
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Fresh herbs – 1 tbsp
  • Orange zest – 1 tbsp
  • White pepper – ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Clean and trim chicken livers.
  • Cook bacon until crispy; set aside.
  • Sauté onions, garlic, and herbs in the same pan.
  • Add chicken livers and cook until browned outside, pink inside.
  • Blend with butter and orange zest until smooth.
  • Pour into ramekins and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
