- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pack shirataki noodles
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter optional
Add chicken, chopped onion, celery, garlic, and herbs to your crockpot.
Pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
