- Cooked chicken, 1 cup
- Low-carb tortillas, 2
- Shredded cheese, 1 cup
- Butter or oil, 1 tbsp
- Seasonings, to taste
Mix chicken with seasonings.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet, layer with cheese, chicken, and more cheese. Cover with the second tortilla.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
