Ingredients
  

  • Cooked chicken, 1 cup
  • Low-carb tortillas, 2
  • Shredded cheese, 1 cup
  • Butter or oil, 1 tbsp
  • Seasonings, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix chicken with seasonings.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place one tortilla in the skillet, layer with cheese, chicken, and more cheese. Cover with the second tortilla.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Slice into wedges and serve warm.
