- 2 cups cooked chicken diced
- 2 keto sausage links sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup onion optional
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 package shirataki noodles
Rinse and prep your low-carb noodles.
Sauté sausage slices in olive oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
Cook diced chicken in the same pan until golden. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic (and onion) until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes.
Stir in parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Return sausage, chicken, and noodles to the pan. Toss to coat.
Serve hot and enjoy a creamy, comforting keto pasta!
