Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 2 keto sausage links sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup onion optional
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 package shirataki noodles

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and prep your low-carb noodles.
  • Sauté sausage slices in olive oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook diced chicken in the same pan until golden. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic (and onion) until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Return sausage, chicken, and noodles to the pan. Toss to coat.
  • Serve hot and enjoy a creamy, comforting keto pasta!
