Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Sauté zucchini in olive oil for 2-3 minutes; drain excess liquid.
  • Mix chicken, zucchini, cheeses, sour cream, eggs, and spices in a bowl.
  • Pour into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
