- Chicken breast: 2 large pieces
- Zucchini: 2 medium-sized
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves minced
- Ginger: 1 teaspoon grated
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt & Pepper: to taste
- Red chili flakes optional: ½ teaspoon
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then slice into strips.
