Ingredients
  

  • Chicken breast: 2 large pieces
  • Zucchini: 2 medium-sized
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 2 cloves minced
  • Ginger: 1 teaspoon grated
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt & Pepper: to taste
  • Red chili flakes optional: ½ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then slice into strips.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until browned. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add zucchini slices and cook until slightly tender.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, add soy sauce, and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired, cook for 1-2 minutes, and serve.
