- Ground beef – 1 lb
- Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese – 2 cups
- Cream cheese – 4 oz
- Paprika – 1 tsp
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Onion powder – 1 tsp
- Salt & pepper – to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the hot dogs into bite-sized pieces. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the hot dogs until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add spices—paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper—and mix.
Stir in the heavy cream and let simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
Layer the hot dogs in a casserole dish, then spread the chili mixture over them. Top with cream cheese and shredded cheddar.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
