Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour 1 cup
  • Coconut flour 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  • Powdered sweetener 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • Melted coconut oil 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Water 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry, mixing into a dough.
  • Roll out the dough between parchment paper and cut into small squares.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Cool completely before serving.
