- Almond flour 1 cup
- Coconut flour 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
- Powdered sweetener 1/4 cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
- Melted coconut oil 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Water 2 tbsp
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
Combine wet and dry, mixing into a dough.
Roll out the dough between parchment paper and cut into small squares.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway.
Cool completely before serving.
