- 1/2 cup Granulated Erythritol
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line or grease a muffin tin.
