Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Erythritol
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line or grease a muffin tin.
  • Mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Fill muffin tin 3/4 full with batter.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
