  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ cup sweetener
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle maker to medium-high heat and grease it lightly with butter or coconut oil.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, and salt.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl: eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
  • Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter (about ½ cup) into the waffle maker and spread evenly.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
