Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups crispy keto cereal
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Start by melting 1 cup of sugar-free chocolate and 1/4 cup of butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts, stirring between intervals, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of crispy keto cereal and 1/2 cup of chopped almonds. These will form the crunchy base of your bars.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and nuts. Stir thoroughly to ensure everything is well coated with the chocolate.
  • Line a 9x9-inch baking dish or silicone mold with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Transfer the chocolate-coated mixture into the dish, pressing it down evenly to form a flat layer.
  • Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour or until the mixture is firm and set.
  • Once set, remove the bars from the dish, slice into your desired shapes, and enjoy this low-carb treat!
