Ingredients
  

For the Biscuits:

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

For the Chocolate Gravy:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • cup erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, melted butter, eggs, and cream.
  • Form dough into small rounds and place on sheet.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  • In a saucepan, combine cocoa, sweetener, almond milk, and butter.
  • Heat until smooth, then whisk in xanthan gum. Simmer until thick.
  • Stir in vanilla and salt.
  • Split biscuits and pour warm chocolate gravy over. Serve!
