For the Biscuits:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
For the Chocolate Gravy:
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup erythritol or monk fruit
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, melted butter, eggs, and cream.
Form dough into small rounds and place on sheet.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
In a saucepan, combine cocoa, sweetener, almond milk, and butter.
Heat until smooth, then whisk in xanthan gum. Simmer until thick.
Stir in vanilla and salt.
Split biscuits and pour warm chocolate gravy over. Serve!
