- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 tbsp butter
Combine heavy cream, cocoa powder, and erythritol in a saucepan over low heat.
