  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Butter and dust the ramekins with cocoa powder.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks, cocoa powder, and sweetener until smooth.
  • Add melted butter and heavy cream, whisking to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the cocoa mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture into ramekins and smooth the tops.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until risen and golden on top.
