- 1 cup unsweetened dark chocolate 85% or higher
- 3 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Optional 2 tbsp chopped nuts or shredded coconut
Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave or double boiler.
Stir in erythritol, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Pour into a silicone mold or spread on parchment paper.
Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes until firm.
