Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened dark chocolate 85% or higher
  • 3 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Optional 2 tbsp chopped nuts or shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Stir in erythritol, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour into a silicone mold or spread on parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes until firm.
  • Cut into sticks (if needed) and enjoy!
