Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup powdered sweetener
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz sugar-free dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and butter. Press into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  • Heat heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour filling over crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Slice and enjoy!
