- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup powdered sweetener
- 5 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz sugar-free dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and butter. Press into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Heat heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Pour filling over crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Slice and enjoy!
