  • Rubber spatula
  • Ice cube tray or silicone mold
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Melt the coconut oil and set it aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and sweetener.
  • Add the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone molds.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  • Pop the fat bombs out of the molds and enjoy!
