Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Eggs – 2
  • Butter – 1/4 cup
  • Swerve Sweetener – 1/4 cup plus more for coating
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp for dough and coating
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a donut hole pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon (for the dough), salt, and sweetener.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to form a dough.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls, placing them in the donut hole pan.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  • Mix cinnamon and sweetener for the coating.
  • Roll the baked donut holes in the cinnamon-sweetener mixture.
