Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour – 2 cups
  • Baking powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon – 2 tbsp
  • Erythritol – 1/2 cup
  • Eggs – 3 large
  • Almond milk – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 1/4 cup melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and erythritol.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  • Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and erythritol. Sprinkle over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
