Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour: 1 1/2 cups
  • Coconut flour: 1/4 cup
  • Butter: 1/2 cup
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon: 2 tbsp
  • Sweetener: 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  • Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
  • Mix the cinnamon and sweetener together, and spread the butter on top of the dough.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon-sweetener mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Roll the dough up tightly and cut it into 1-inch slices.
  • Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
