- Almond flour: 1 1/2 cups
- Coconut flour: 1/4 cup
- Butter: 1/2 cup
- Egg: 1 large
- Baking powder: 1 tsp
- Cinnamon: 2 tbsp
- Sweetener: 1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder in a large bowl.
Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
Mix the cinnamon and sweetener together, and spread the butter on top of the dough.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sweetener mixture evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough up tightly and cut it into 1-inch slices.
