Ingredients
  

For Dough

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Filling:

  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

For Glaze:

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter softened
  • 1-2 tbsp erythritol

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine almond flour, baking powder, cream cheese, butter, egg, sweetener, and vanilla in a bowl to form a dough.
  • Roll dough between parchment into a rectangle (~1/4 inch thick).
  • Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle cinnamon-erythritol mixture evenly.
  • Roll the dough into a log and cut into 8 slices.
  • Place slices on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled rolls before serving.
