For Dough 2 cups almond flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/4 cup cream cheese 1/4 cup butter softened 1 large egg 2 tbsp erythritol 1 tsp vanilla extract For Filling :2 tbsp butter softened 2 tbsp erythritol 2 tsp ground cinnamon For Glaze :2 tbsp cream cheese 1 tbsp butter softened 1-2 tbsp erythritol
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine almond flour, baking powder, cream cheese, butter, egg, sweetener, and vanilla in a bowl to form a dough.
Roll dough between parchment into a rectangle (~1/4 inch thick).
Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle cinnamon-erythritol mixture evenly.
Roll the dough into a log and cut into 8 slices.
Place slices on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled rolls before serving.
