- 3 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- Salt (a pinch)
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the eggs, placing whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
Beat egg whites with baking powder and salt until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture, preserving the fluffy texture.
Spoon small circles of the mixture onto the baking sheet, about the size of burger buns
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
