Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • Salt (a pinch)
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the eggs, placing whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
  • Beat egg whites with baking powder and salt until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture, preserving the fluffy texture.
  • Spoon small circles of the mixture onto the baking sheet, about the size of burger buns
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
