- Keto bread 3 slices
- Cooked bacon 3-4 strips
- Cooked chicken or turkey 4-5 slices
- Tomato 2 slices
- Lettuce 2-3 leaves
- Avocado ½, mashed
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 1 slice, optional
Prep lettuce and tomato. Slice tomato thinly and mash avocado.
Cook bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Toast keto bread lightly in a toaster.
Spread avocado on one slice. Add lettuce, chicken, tomato, and mayo.
Layer bacon, cheese, and another lettuce layer on the second slice.
