- Shredded Unsweetened Coconut: 2 ½ cups
- Egg Whites: 3 large
- Granulated Monk Fruit Sweetener: ½ cup
- Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
- Salt: ¼ tsp
- Almond Flour: 1 tablespoon
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
