Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp MCT oil (or coconut oil)
  • Liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and almond milk. Heat until steaming, not boiling.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, MCT oil, and sweetener.
  • Whisk for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  • Cool and store in a jar in the fridge.
