- Coconut Milk 2 cups
- Coconut Cream 1 cup
- Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 cup
- Keto Sweetener 1/3 cup
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
- Dark Rum Optional, 1/2 cup
Shake the cans of coconut milk and cream well.
In a blender, combine coconut milk, coconut cream, almond milk, sweetener, spices, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
If using rum, add it to the mixture and blend again briefly.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour the mixture into a glass bottle or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Shake the bottle well before serving and pour into glasses.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top and enjoy chilled!
