Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat for extra creaminess)
  • 2 tbsp  unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
  • 1 tsp  vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh berries or a sprinkle of cocoa nibs for garnish Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
