Ingredients
  

  • Eggs 6 large
  • Cottage Cheese 1 cup
  • Heavy Cream 1/4 cup
  • Shredded Cheese 1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Spinach peppers, or other veggies (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9 baking dish with butter or oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, and heavy cream.
  • Stir in the baking powder, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  • Add shredded cheese (optional) and veggies (optional) to the mixture, then stir.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is set.
  • Allow the bake to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
