Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Butterfly chicken breasts and stuff with cheese mixture.
  • Sear each breast in olive oil until golden.
  • Transfer to baking dish and bake 20-25 minutes.
  • Let rest 5 minutes, then serve.
