- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Butterfly chicken breasts and stuff with cheese mixture.
Sear each breast in olive oil until golden.
Transfer to baking dish and bake 20-25 minutes.
