Ingredients
  

  • Keto Puff Pastry (1 sheet)
  • Brie Cheese (8 oz, cut into small cubes)
  • Cranberry Sauce (1/4 cup, sugar-free)
  • Egg (1, beaten)
  • Fresh Rosemary (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin.
  • Cut pastry into circles and place in muffin tin.
  • Add a cube of brie to each pastry, top with cranberry sauce.
  • Brush pastry edges with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and melted.
