- Cream Cheese: 8 oz
- Almond Flour: 2 cups
- Eggs: 3
- Baking Powder: 1 tbsp
- Cranberries: 1/2 cup
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Stevia or Monk Fruit Optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
Beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
