Ingredients
  

  • Cream Cheese: 8 oz
  • Almond Flour: 2 cups
  • Eggs: 3
  • Baking Powder: 1 tbsp
  • Cranberries: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Stevia or Monk Fruit Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until combined.
  • Fold in cranberries.
  • Pour into the loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
