Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4-5 strips bacon
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop and set aside.
  • Sauté the Brussels sprouts in the same skillet with olive oil until golden.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; simmer until thickened.
  • Add bacon back into the skillet and stir to combine.
