- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 4-5 strips bacon
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop and set aside.
