- Shrimp – 1 lb peeled & deveined
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 4 cloves minced
- Heavy cream – 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese – ½ cup grated
- Chicken broth – ¼ cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Italian seasoning – 1 tsp
- Red pepper flakes – ½ tsp optional
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
- Fresh parsley – for garnish
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan. Sauté shrimp with salt and pepper until pink, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and scrape the pan.
Pour in heavy cream, parmesan, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer.
Add shrimp back into the sauce and stir to coat. Simmer for a minute.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
