Ingredients
  

  • Shrimp – 1 lb peeled & deveined
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 4 cloves minced
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese – ½ cup grated
  • Chicken broth – ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Italian seasoning – 1 tsp
  • Red pepper flakes – ½ tsp optional
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter and olive oil in a pan. Sauté shrimp with salt and pepper until pink, then set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and scrape the pan.
  • Pour in heavy cream, parmesan, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer.
  • Add shrimp back into the sauce and stir to coat. Simmer for a minute.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
