- Almond flour: 1 cup
- Eggs: 4 large
- Warm milk: 1 cup
- Butter: 3 ½ tbsp
- Vanilla extract: 1 tbsp
- Water: 1 cup
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease lightly.
Pour a small amount of batter into the center of the pan and tilt to spread evenly.
Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
