Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour: 1 cup
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Warm milk: 1 cup
  • Butter: 3 ½ tbsp
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tbsp
  • Water: 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease lightly.
  • Pour a small amount of batter into the center of the pan and tilt to spread evenly.
  • Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Repeat with remaining batter, adding butter or oil as needed.
