Ingredients
  

  • Extra-Firm Tofu 1 block
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Press tofu to remove excess moisture for 20–30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  • Mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss tofu cubes in the mixture to coat evenly.
  • Arrange tofu pieces on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
