- Extra-Firm Tofu 1 block
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Garlic Powder 1 tsp
- Paprika ½ tsp
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Press tofu to remove excess moisture for 20–30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss tofu cubes in the mixture to coat evenly.
Arrange tofu pieces on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
