- 4 Italian Sausages
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 1 Onion
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes optional
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips.
Mince the garlic.
(Optional) Sear sausages in a skillet until browned on each side.
Place bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
Place sausages on top of the veggies.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Stir halfway through and before serving.
