Ingredients
  

  • 4 Italian Sausages
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips.
  • Mince the garlic.
  • (Optional) Sear sausages in a skillet until browned on each side.
  • Place bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
  • Place sausages on top of the veggies.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Stir halfway through and before serving.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
