- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp onion powder
