Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs, cook for 10-12 minutes, and then cool under cold running water.
  • Peel the eggs carefully.
  • Slice each egg in half and remove the yolks.
  • Mash the yolks in a mixing bowl and add mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg whites.
  • Garnish with paprika and serve chilled.
