- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Boil the eggs, cook for 10-12 minutes, and then cool under cold running water.
Peel the eggs carefully.
Slice each egg in half and remove the yolks.
Mash the yolks in a mixing bowl and add mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg whites.
Garnish with paprika and serve chilled.
