- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2-3 tbsp powdered erythritol or allulose
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blanch cranberries in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Toss with sweetener and oil, then spread on baking sheet.
Bake for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally, until dry but still slightly chewy.
Let cool completely before storing.
