Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered erythritol or allulose
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°F (95°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Blanch cranberries in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  • Toss with sweetener and oil, then spread on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally, until dry but still slightly chewy.
  • Let cool completely before storing.
