- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk eggs. Slowly pour into the boiling broth while stirring in one direction to create egg ribbons.
Turn off the heat, add green onions, and serve warm.
