Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  • Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk eggs. Slowly pour into the boiling broth while stirring in one direction to create egg ribbons.
  • Turn off the heat, add green onions, and serve warm.
