Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • ½ cup shredded cheese mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or avocado oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Shred the cabbage and squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.
  • Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl, then add the shredded cabbage, almond flour, cheese, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
  • Form the cabbage mixture into patties, about 2 inches wide.
  • Fry the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.
  • Transfer the fritters to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
