3 large eggs 2 cups shredded cabbage 2 tbsp almond flour ½ cup shredded cheese mozzarella or cheddar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper to taste Olive oil or avocado oil for frying
