  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped vegetables
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheese optional
  • ¼ tsp garlic or onion powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk egg whites in a bowl with salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour in the egg whites and let cook for 1–2 minutes until the bottom sets.
  • Add veggies and cheese to one side of the omelet.
