Ingredients
  

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Slices of Cooked Bacon
  • 1/4 Avocado Optional
  • Handful of Spinach Leaves Optional

Instructions
 

  • Crack and whisk two eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a greased pan, pour eggs, and cook as a pancake.
  • Flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining eggs.
