Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.
  • Add the melted butter and egg, mixing well.
  • Slowly add cold water until dough comes together.
  • Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
  • Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out dough on parchment paper and cut out circles.
  • Add a tablespoon of filling to each dough circle.
  • Fold dough over filling and press edges to seal.
  • Brush with melted butter or egg wash.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
