- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.
Add the melted butter and egg, mixing well.
Slowly add cold water until dough comes together.
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out dough on parchment paper and cut out circles.
Add a tablespoon of filling to each dough circle.
Fold dough over filling and press edges to seal.
Brush with melted butter or egg wash.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
